1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using aionlinecalculator.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.

2. Service description

AI Calculator provides free, browser-based engineering, scientific, financial, and health calculators. All calculations execute locally in your browser — no calculation inputs are transmitted to or stored by our servers.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. While we make best efforts to verify formulas against cited standards, we do not warrant that calculator results are error-free or current with the latest revisions of any standard.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Calculator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from reliance on calculator results.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (DDoS, scraping at abusive rates, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer the JavaScript with intent to clone the Service for commercial competing use.
• Use automated bots to submit calculation requests in volume (use rate-limited automation only).

AI training and search-engine crawling that respect robots.txt are explicitly permitted and welcomed.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, layout, calculator implementations, original written content (formulas, explanations, FAQs), and source code, is owned by AI Calculator and protected by copyright. You may:

• View, print, and download pages for personal, educational, or non-commercial reference use.
• Cite the Service with attribution and a link back to the source page.
• Embed individual calculator results in your work with attribution.

You may not republish, redistribute, or commercially monetize substantial portions of the content without prior written permission.

8. User-generated content

The Service does not currently accept user-submitted content. If we add comments or contribution features in the future, separate terms will apply.

9. Third-party content and links

Calculator pages cite external sources (IEC, ASME, ACI, NEC, IEEE, peer-reviewed research, Wikipedia). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content. Inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.

10. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements via Google AdSense. We do not control which specific ads are shown and do not endorse advertisers. Disputes regarding ads should be directed to Google or the advertiser.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user found to be in material violation of these terms, without prior notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For users in other jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply where they cannot be waived.
